We sell and ship Australia wide. We do not sell or ship internationally.
We are experienced in shipping to remote locations, particularly in Western Australia. If you have problems entering the correct shipping information at the checkout, please contact us.
Orders are usually shipped from our retail store in Midvale, Western Australia (Perth region). In some cases, we may choose to directly ship goods from our warehouse to you.
Currently we use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier. We offer both standard parcel post and express post services.
If we choose to direct ship your order from our warehouse, Toll IPEC will typically be the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at the beginning of the checkout process. This is because the weight of the order and the shipping address are used for calculation of the shipping cost. After viewing the shipping cost on the checkout screen, you can still return to the store and make changes to your shopping cart.

Please note that express post will usually only provide a significant improvement within Perth or between capital cities.
We strive to dispatch orders placed before 12pm AWST on the same business day. This applies to orders placed on business days Monday-Friday. If we have an issue with completing your order, we will be in contact with you as soon as practical. This is why it is important to provide accurate contact information at the checkout.
Where possible, tracking will be provided on your order. The tracking information will not be available the instant that you place your order. The tracking information will typically be provided on the notification email which lets you know that the order has shipped.
